Celebrating the Success of NHCPC 25: Strengthening Coalitions, Expanding Impact

From December 1–3, 2025, healthcare preparedness professionals from across the nation gathered at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas for the National Healthcare Coalition Preparedness Conference (NHCPC 25) — and what an impactful event it was!

Under the inspiring theme “Strengthening Coalitions Lies Deep in the Heart of Collaboration,” NHCPC 25 delivered an engaging and energizing experience that brought together emergency managers, healthcare coalition leaders, public health professionals, volunteer organizations, first responders, and government partners at all levels.

Across more than 50 sessions spanning four focused conference tracks, attendees shared best practices, explored cutting-edge strategies, and gained practical tools designed to enhance coalition preparedness and resilience. From dynamic presentations to meaningful networking opportunities, NHCPC 25 sparked new partnerships and deepened existing connections that will continue to strengthen healthcare systems and community readiness nationwide.
