National Grief Awareness Week

National Grief Awareness Week (observed annually from December 2–8) is a time to shed light on the often-silent journey of grief and loss. Grief touches everyone at some point in life, whether through the loss of a loved one, a job, or even a sense of normalcy. This week encourages open conversations about the complexities of grief and aims to break the stigma surrounding it. By fostering understanding, it reminds us that grief is not linear and varies from person to person.
